The gathering brought together 24 representatives from local organizations and businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The event featured Ms. Marie-Chantal Paris, an EDI expert from Humance, who led a stimulating and interactive workshop. She provided participants with a fresh perspective on equity and inclusion challenges while sharing her analysis of the current transformation of the labor market. Ms. Paris repeatedly emphasized that for any business, \"it is vital to have people who think differently than we do within our work teams!\"<\/p>\n<p>Participants also had the opportunity to discover inspiring local initiatives, showcasing the commitment of our regional businesses to creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
