3 New Advantageous Loans and Professional Fee Coverage

To support your projects, the SADC is offering three new loans and non-repayable financial assistance to cover professional fees.

Transfer Strategy Loan

This loan is designed to facilitate business succession or acquisition.

Examples of use:

• Transaction costs (legal, accounting, tax services, etc.)
• Purchase of social shares or stocks
• Training for the successor

Digital Strategy Loan

This loan supports businesses adopting practices or technologies that streamline the digitalization of their operations.

Examples of use:

• Purchase and implementation of a CRM or ERP
• Purchase of automated or robotic equipment
• Staff training on newly implemented equipment

Green Strategy Loan

This loan supports businesses adopting eco-responsible practices or implementing clean technologies.

Examples of use:

• Installation of solar panels
• Geothermal energy systems
• Replacement of energy-intensive equipment
• Purchase of heat recovery units

Terms and Conditions

• Loan amount: Between $10,000 and $25,000
• Interest-free period: For the first 24 months
• Capital moratorium: 3 months

Eligibility Criteria

• The business must be located within the MRC de Lotbinière.
• Financing from the regular fund, of equal or greater value to this loan, must be part of the overall financial structure.

A non-repayable contribution of up to $10,000 may be granted depending on the project's nature.
